Can't hit employer's interest, govt says on 'moonlighting'

In what appears to be the first instance of the Centre clearing its stand on the legality of 'moonlighting', the government quoted existing industrial laws to state that workers shall not take up any extra work that may "adversely affect" the interest of their employers. Moonlighting refers to full-time employee of a company taking up extra job/s usually without the knowledge of the employer.
